Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the peanut butter mixture, mixing until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips if desired.
- Using a spoon or cookie scoop, scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Baking
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until edges are golden brown and centers are set.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
