Method
 

Preparation
  1. Combine shrimp, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and minced garlic in a bowl. Allow it to marinate for 15 minutes.
Cooking
  1. Heat a pan over medium-high heat and sauté the marinated shrimp for 3–5 minutes until they become caramelized and are cooked through.
  2. In the same pan, stir-fry the diced pineapple, bell peppers, and cooked rice. Add soy sauce and sesame oil for flavor. Cook for another 3–4 minutes.
Assembly
  1. Use a ring mold to press the rice mixture, creating a base. Top it with the sautéed shrimp, and add a layer of mashed avocado if you choose to use it.
Serving
  1. Before serving, sprinkle sesame seeds and chopped green onions on top. Serve immediately.

Notes

Consider marinating the shrimp for longer than 15 minutes for more flavor. Add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick, and feel free to use seasonal vegetables for variety. Grilling shrimp can provide a crunchier texture.
