Method
 

Base Blend
  1. In a blender, combine the fresh strawberries, pineapple chunks, coconut cream, and Malibu rum.
  2. Add the lime juice and honey or sugar if desired. Blend until you achieve a smooth, creamy consistency.
Chill It
  1. After blending your base mixture, add the ice cubes.
  2. Blend again to your desired consistency, whether creamy or slushy.
Frosting Fun
  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened butter until creamy and smooth.
  2. Gradually add in the powdered sugar, beating until fluffy and light.
Flavor it Up
  1. Mix in the Malibu rum, vanilla extract, and salt into the frosting.
  2. Keep beating until thoroughly combined and smooth.
