Method
 

Prepare the Crust
  1. Crush Oreo Cookies in a blender or resealable bag into fine crumbs.
  2. Combine cookie crumbs with melted butter in a bowl and mix until well-coated.
  3. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of individual serving cups.
  4. Refrigerate the cups to set the crust while preparing the filling.
Make the Cheesecake Filling
  1. Beat the softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  2. Gradually mix in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
Assemble the Cups

Prepare Strawberry Topping
