  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced Provides a fresh burst of flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice Enhances strawberry flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted Brushed on top before baking for a golden finish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough on a floured surface and separate it into triangles carefully.
  4. In a separate bowl, toss the diced strawberries with lemon juice.
Assembly
  1. On the wide end of each crescent triangle, spoon a generous amount of the cream cheese mixture and top with a few pieces of the lemon-coated strawberries.
  2. Starting from the wide end, roll up the crescent dough and seal the edges firmly.
  3. Place the rolls on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space for expansion.
  4. Brush the tops with melted butter, then sprinkle with the mixture of granulated sugar and cinnamon.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and puffed up.
  2. Allow the rolls to cool slightly before serving.
