Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough on a floured surface and separate it into triangles carefully.
- In a separate bowl, toss the diced strawberries with lemon juice.
Assembly
- On the wide end of each crescent triangle, spoon a generous amount of the cream cheese mixture and top with a few pieces of the lemon-coated strawberries.
- Starting from the wide end, roll up the crescent dough and seal the edges firmly.
- Place the rolls on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space for expansion.
- Brush the tops with melted butter, then sprinkle with the mixture of granulated sugar and cinnamon.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and puffed up.
- Allow the rolls to cool slightly before serving.
