- In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, vanilla protein powder, cream cheese, almond butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Fold together until a dough-like consistency is achieved.
- Fold in the crushed freeze-dried strawberries and chia seeds, if using, until evenly distributed.
- Using your hands, scoop out portions and roll them into bite-sized balls (about one inch in diameter).
- Place the protein balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up.

- Enjoy the chilled strawberry cheesecake protein balls as a snack any time of the day, or pack them for outdoor activities.
Notes
For best texture, refrigerate the mixture longer before shaping. Use fresh strawberries only if you are ready to adapt texture accordingly.
