Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Spread the strawberry pie filling evenly across the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
Cream Cheese Mixture
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Drop spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the strawberry pie filling.
Topping
- Sprinkle the dry white cake mix over the cream cheese layer, spreading it evenly to cover the entire surface.
- Drizzle the melted butter over the top of the cake mix, making sure it covers most of the dry mix.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45–50 minutes, or until the top is golden and the cake is set.
- Once baked, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
- Dust with powdered sugar if desired before serving.
Notes
Ensure cream cheese is completely softened for a smooth mixture. Grease the baking dish well to avoid sticking. Keep an eye on the baking time to prevent overcooking.
