  • 1/2 cup mashed strawberries for a fruity flavor

  • 2 large eggs for binding
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract to enhance flavor

  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream for a light, fluffy topping
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar to sweeten the whipped cream
  • 1 cup diced strawberries for layering

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C), grease and line cake pans with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the cake batter according to the box instructions, folding in the mashed strawberries.
  3. Bake the cake as instructed and let it cool completely.
Make Cheesecake Mixture
  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
Bake Cheesecake
  1. Pour the cheesecake mixture into a greased pan and bake for 35-40 minutes or until the center is set.
  2. Allow it to cool completely.
Whip Topping
  1. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
Assemble the Layers
