Preparation

  5. Divide dough into two discs, wrap, and chill for at least 2 hours.
Baking
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out chilled dough to 1/4 inch thick on a floured surface and cut out shapes.
  3. Bake for 8-10 minutes until edges are lightly golden and soft.
  4. Cool on a wire rack and dust with powdered sugar or decorate with icing.
