Preparation
- Gather all ingredients. In a slow cooker, combine beef stew meat, beef broth, chopped onion, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Stir gently.
Slow Cooking

Making the Sauce
- 30 minutes before serving, add softened cream cheese and heavy cream to the slow cooker. Stir until blended.
Cooking the Pasta
- In a separate pot, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Combining & Serving
- Fold the cooked pasta into the creamy beef mixture until evenly coated. Serve hot, garnished with parsley and Parmesan cheese.
Notes
For a lighter option, substitute heavy cream with Greek yogurt or cashew cream. To ensure a creamy texture, allow cream cheese to soften before adding.
