Method
 

Preparation
  1. Gather all ingredients. In a slow cooker, combine beef stew meat, beef broth, chopped onion, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Stir gently.
Slow Cooking
  1. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
Making the Sauce
  1. 30 minutes before serving, add softened cream cheese and heavy cream to the slow cooker. Stir until blended.
Cooking the Pasta
  1. In a separate pot, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Combining & Serving

Notes
