Preparation
  1. Start by laying your crackers or mini bagels in a circular pattern on a large platter or cheese board to serve as the base.
  2. Layer the smoked salmon slices around the wreath, gently folding them to create natural swirls.
  3. Place the cooked and chilled shrimp around the salmon, leaving some space between each piece.
  4. Place the cream cheese stuffed mini peppers evenly around the wreath for color and flavor.
  5. Scatter the capers around the wreath and add dill sprigs to fill in gaps.
  6. Tuck in the lemon wedges around the wreath for an extra burst of brightness.
  7. Serve immediately with extra crackers or mini bagels on the side.
