Method
 

Preparation

  2. In a mixing bowl, toss the sliced strawberries with honey, balsamic vinegar, and a pinch of salt. Spread them evenly on a baking sheet.
Roasting Strawberries

Whipping Ricotta
  1. In a separate bowl, combine ricotta cheese, honey, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Toasting Bread
