Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until it's smooth and creamy to create the base for our salad.
  2. Add the sour cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract to the bowl and mix until well combined and smooth.
  3. Gently fold in the washed and dried grapes, ensuring each grape is evenly coated with the creamy mixture without mashing them.
  4. Transfer the grape salad to a serving dish and evenly sprinkle the brown sugar and chopped pecans over the top.
  5. Refrigerate the salad for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld beautifully.

Notes
