Method

Prepare the Raspberry Sauce
  1. In a small saucepan, combine the fresh raspberries, sugar, and lemon juice. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally until the raspberries break down and the mixture thickens—this should take about 8-10 minutes. Once done, remove it from the heat and allow it to cool down.
Blend the Milkshake
  1. In a blender, mix the vanilla ice cream, whole milk, and half a cup of your freshly made raspberry sauce. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Prepare Your Glasses
  1. Drizzle raspberry jam along the inside of your glasses for added flavor and visual appeal.
Assemble the Freakshakes
  1. Pour your milkshake mixture into the prepared glasses, filling them about 3/4 full.
Top it Off
  1. Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until it forms soft peaks. Spoon a dollop of this whipped cream on each freakshake.
Garnish
  1. Sprinkle crushed graham crackers over the whipped cream and place mini cheesecake slices on top. Finish with fresh raspberries and extra graham cracker crumbs.
Serve
  1. Hand each person a straw and a spoon, and enjoy this delectable treat!

Notes

To enhance the raspberry flavor, freeze some raspberries beforehand and blend them with the ice cream. You can substitute with a dairy-free ice cream and use coconut milk for a twist. Adjust sugar in the sauce according to taste.
