For the Cheese Bombs
  • 1 can 16.3 oz Pillsbury refrigerated biscuit dough Flaky and soft, these biscuits serve as the perfect flaky shell.
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded) Brings gooey, delicious texture.
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted) Adds richness and moisture.
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced) Introduces aromatic essence.
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning Enhances the flavors.
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt Enhances all flavors.
  • to taste fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish) Adds freshness.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and salt.
  3. Open the biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a circle.
  4. Place about 1 tablespoon of shredded mozzarella in the center of each flattened biscuit.
  5. Fold the edges of the biscuit over the cheese and pinch to seal tightly.
  6. Dip each cheese bomb into the garlic butter mixture, ensuring it's well-coated.
  7. Place them on the prepared baking sheet with space in between each one.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven, brush with remaining garlic butter, and garnish with chopped parsley.

Notes

For variations, consider adding cooked bacon, spinach, or switching cheese types for unique flavors. Keep dipping oil warm for a nice sheen.
