  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese Adds nuttiness to the mix.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Open the can of Pillsbury biscuits and gently separate each one. Flatten each biscuit slightly.
  3. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir and set aside.
Assembly
  1. Place a generous spoonful of mozzarella cheese in the center of each flattened biscuit.
  2. Fold the biscuit around the cheese, shaping it into a ball and pinch the edges to seal.
  3. Arrange the cheese-filled biscuit balls in a greased 9×9-inch baking dish.
  4. Brush the garlic butter mixture over the tops of the biscuit balls.
  5. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
  2. Let cool slightly and garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve warm.
