Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, drizzle 1 tbsp of olive oil. Add minced garlic and sauté until aromatic.
  3. Add the thinly sliced beef, oregano, garlic powder, chili powder, and salt. Cook for 2-3 minutes and remove from heat.
  4. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a large rectangle.
  5. Spread the beef mixture along the center of the dough, topping with provolone and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal.
  7. Slice the dough into 6-8 individual breadsticks and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  8. Drizzle the remaining 1 tbsp of olive oil on top of the breadsticks.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden and cheese is melted.
  10. Let cool slightly before serving with dipping sauce.

Notes

For the best texture, store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days and reheat in the oven. Freeze before baking and bake from frozen, adding extra time.
