Preparation
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until cooked through, breaking it into small pieces.
  2. Drain any excess fat from the skillet.
Cooking
  1. Add the diced onion, green bell pepper, and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes until softened.
  2. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, and beef broth, and let it simmer for 5-10 minutes until it thickens.
  3. Divide the mixture into four sections and place a slice of provolone cheese over each. Cover and let it melt for 2-3 minutes.
Serving
  1. Serve the cheesy beef mixture on toasted hamburger buns, garnished with fresh parsley.
