Method
 

Prepare the Crust
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  4. Bake in the oven for 8 minutes to set.
Make the Cheesecake Filling
  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat together the softened mascarpone and cream cheese with sugar until smooth and creamy.
  2. Slowly add eggs, one at a time, ensuring they are well blended before the next addition.
  3. Gradually mix in the fresh orange juice, orange zest, and vanilla extract.
