Method
 

Preparation of Batter
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, eggs, milk, salt, and melted butter until smooth and well combined.
  2. Allow the batter to rest for about 10-15 minutes to help the flour hydrate.
Cooking the Crepes
  1. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter or cooking spray.
  2. Pour a small amount of batter into the pan, quickly swirling it to evenly coat the bottom.
  3. Cook for approximately 1-2 minutes until the edges begin to lift. Flip the crepe carefully and cook for another 1-2 minutes on the opposite side.
  4. Repeat this process with the remaining batter, stacking the cooked crepes on a plate.
Preparing the Filling
  1. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract together until stiff peaks form.
  2. Gently fold in the Nutella until fully combined.
Assembling the Crepes
  1. Take each crepe and spread a generous amount of the Nutella cream filling onto one half.
  2. Fold the crepe over to seal the filling inside.
