- Gradually stir in milk and melted butter into the dry mixture. Mix until just combined.
Baking
- Pour the batter into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, smoothing it out evenly.
- Spoon the blackberry mixture evenly over the top of the batter without stirring.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
Serving
- Let the cobbler cool slightly before slicing. Serve warm, ideally with vanilla ice cream.
