Preparation
  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until it shimmers.

  4. Remove the cooked chicken from the skillet and let it rest on a plate.
Sauce Preparation
  1. In the same skillet, sauté the minced garlic for about a minute until fragrant.
  2. Add the chopped spinach, stirring gently until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine, and let it come to a simmer.
  4. Add the crumbled feta cheese and lemon juice, stirring until creamy and well blended.
Combine and Serve
  1. Return the chicken to the skillet and coat it in the creamy sauce, simmering for 2-3 more minutes.
