Preparation of Filling
  1. In a medium bowl, beat together the unsalted butter, peanut butter, powdered sugar, heavy cream, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  2. Scoop out about 1 tablespoon of this mixture and roll it into small balls. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze for at least 30 minutes.
Prepare Cupcake Batter
  1. Prepare your favorite cupcake batter according to package instructions or recipe.
Assembly
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
