Preparation

Cooking
- Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers, leaving a little space between each piece for even cooking.
- Place the skewers on the grill or in the oven and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning them halfway through.
- Remove the skewers from the grill or oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve!
Notes
For an extra kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the garlic mixture. Consider marinating the chicken longer for more intense flavor. Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning. Serve with dipping sauces like ranch or marinara for added flavor.
