Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the Pan: Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
  3. Mix the Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, onion, egg, milk, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Shape the Loaf: Transfer the mixture into the prepared loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
  5. Add Olive Oil: Drizzle olive oil over the top of the meatloaf.
Baking
