Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente, drain them and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of the baking dish.
Assembly
  1. Lay a lasagna noodle flat and spoon a generous amount of the chicken mixture onto it.
  2. Roll it up tightly, starting from one end, and place seam-side down in the baking dish.
  3. Repeat the process with the remaining noodles.
  4. Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the top and sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
Baking
  1. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  2. Remove the foil in the last 10-15 minutes of baking to allow the cheese to melt.
Serving
  1. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Ensure noodles are cooked just to al dente. Don't overload with filling to prevent bursting. You can add vegetables like spinach or zucchini for extra flavor.
