Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and chopped onion until the beef is browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Stir in garlic powder, salt, and black pepper into the meat mixture. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
- Add in the shredded cheddar cheese and mix to combine.
- Open the can of biscuit dough and flatten each biscuit into a circle.
- Spoon the beef and cheese mixture onto the center of each flattened biscuit.
- Fold the edges of the biscuit dough around the filling and pinch to seal.
- In a bowl, mix the melted butter with grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, and parsley (if using).
Baking
- Place the filled biscuit bombs on the prepared baking sheet and brush with the garlic Parmesan butter mixture.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool before serving.
Notes
These bombs are best enjoyed warm. Consider adding chopped cooked bacon or diced jalapeños for extra flavor. Pair with your favorite dipping sauces like ranch or spicy mayo.
