Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Brush the split lobster tails with melted butter and season with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Cooking
  1. Place the seasoned lobster tails in a baking dish and bake for 10-12 minutes until opaque.
  2. In a pan, add a bit of butter and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream and let it simmer gently until thickened, about 3-5 minutes.
  4. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
  5. Pour the sauce over the baked lobster tails, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve warm.

Notes
