Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cook the rigatoni according to the package directions in a pot of salted boiling water. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat. Season steak tips with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder, then cook for 5-7 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Sauté the minced garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter, heavy cream and Italian seasoning to the skillet. Simmer while stirring in Parmesan and mozzarella until melted and combined.
  5. Return the cooked rigatoni and seared steak to the skillet, mixing to coat in the creamy sauce.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley and additional Parmesan, if desired. Serve with garlic bread.

Notes

For best results, use high-quality steak tips like sirloin or tenderloin. Add seasonal vegetables for extra nutrition, or sprinkle with red pepper flakes for a spicy kick. Leftovers can be reheated well, potentially turning into a pasta bake.
