Preparation
- Season the steak cubes with paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Cooking the Steak
- Add the seasoned steak bites to the hot skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove the steak from the skillet and set it aside.
Cooking the Shrimp
- In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil.
- Add the shrimp, seasoning them with a pinch more salt and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque. Remove and set aside with the steak.
Making the Sauce
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in the Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce, scraping up any brown bits from the bottom of the skillet.
Combining Everything
- Add butter to the skillet and stir until it melts and forms a rich sauce.
- Return the cooked steak bites and shrimp back to the skillet, tossing to coat them in the garlic butter sauce.
Serving
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve hot.
Notes
Consider marinating the steak in Worcestershire and soy sauces for 30 minutes for extra flavor. You can add vegetables like bell peppers for added nutrition.
