Ingredients
  

For the Steak and Shrimp
  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes Rich and juicy, perfectly suited for searing.

  • 2 tbsp olive oil Enhances flavor and prevents sticking.
  • 1 tsp paprika Adds a warm, smoky flavor.
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste Elevates the overall flavor profile.
For the Sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced Full of aromatic goodness.
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce Adds a tangy kick.
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce Provides umami flavor.
  • 1/4 cup butter Rich and luscious, binds everything together.
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped For garnish and added color.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Season the steak cubes with paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Cooking the Steak
  1. Add the seasoned steak bites to the hot skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove the steak from the skillet and set it aside.
Cooking the Shrimp
  1. In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil.
  2. Add the shrimp, seasoning them with a pinch more salt and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque. Remove and set aside with the steak.
Making the Sauce
  1. Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  2. Pour in the Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce, scraping up any brown bits from the bottom of the skillet.
Combining Everything
  1. Add butter to the skillet and stir until it melts and forms a rich sauce.
  2. Return the cooked steak bites and shrimp back to the skillet, tossing to coat them in the garlic butter sauce.
Serving
  1. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve hot.

Notes

Consider marinating the steak in Worcestershire and soy sauces for 30 minutes for extra flavor. You can add vegetables like bell peppers for added nutrition.
