Method
 

Preparation
  1. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat until bubbly.
  2. Sauté minced garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant and golden.
  3. Add the shrimp, sprinkle with paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
  4. In a bowl, combine jasmine rice, cilantro, lime juice, and lime zest. Stir to combine.
  5. Assemble by layering cilantro lime rice in a ring mold, then top with garlic butter shrimp.
  6. Garnish with lime wedges and serve immediately.

Notes

For best results, ensure shrimp are fresh and cleaned. Consider adding a pinch of red pepper flakes for warmth.
