Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter until it becomes bubbly.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant and golden.
Cooking
- Place the lobster tails in the skillet, season with salt, pepper, and paprika, and cook for about 5 minutes, basting with garlic butter.
- Add the large scallops to the skillet and cook for another 2-3 minutes, turning gently until golden brown.
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the seafood and stir gently to combine.
- Transfer the lobster and scallops to a baking dish and pour the remaining garlic butter over the seafood.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the lobster is opaque and the scallops are cooked through.
- Remove from oven and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
Notes
Use the freshest seafood for the best flavor. For a lighter option, substitute some butter with olive oil. Add red pepper flakes for a touch of heat. Don't overcook seafood; it should be firm yet tender.
