Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter until it becomes bubbly.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant and golden.
Cooking
  1. Place the lobster tails in the skillet, season with salt, pepper, and paprika, and cook for about 5 minutes, basting with garlic butter.
  2. Add the large scallops to the skillet and cook for another 2-3 minutes, turning gently until golden brown.
  3. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the seafood and stir gently to combine.
  4. Transfer the lobster and scallops to a baking dish and pour the remaining garlic butter over the seafood.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the lobster is opaque and the scallops are cooked through.
  6. Remove from oven and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.

Notes

Use the freshest seafood for the best flavor. For a lighter option, substitute some butter with olive oil. Add red pepper flakes for a touch of heat. Don't overcook seafood; it should be firm yet tender.
