Preparation
- Begin by pouring 2 oz of white rum, 1 oz of coconut cream, 1 oz of heavy cream, and 4 oz of fresh pineapple juice into a cocktail shaker. Add 1/2 cup of crushed ice.
- Secure the lid on your shaker and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds.
- Remove the lid and add a few drops of gel food coloring; secure the lid again and shake once more to create a vibrant, rainbow effect.
- In a small saucepan, warm 1/2 cup of milk with 1/4 cup of heavy cream over low heat. Add a generous handful of Fruit Loops and allow to steep for 2-3 minutes.
- Strain the mixture to rid it of the cereal. Use a hand mixer or frother to whip the cereal milk until it becomes fluffy and light.
- Pour the colorful cocktail into your favorite glass and carefully spoon the cereal milk foam on top.
- Add a sprinkle of Fruit Loops cereal on top for an extra fun touch.
Notes
For a lighter version, swap heavy cream for low-fat coconut milk. To make a non-alcoholic drink, use coconut water instead of rum.
