  • 1/4 cup heavy cream Adds richness and depth to the foam.

  • 1 cup Fruit Loops An fun, eye-catching finish that brings the whole drink together.

Method

Preparation
  1. Begin by pouring 2 oz of white rum, 1 oz of coconut cream, 1 oz of heavy cream, and 4 oz of fresh pineapple juice into a cocktail shaker. Add 1/2 cup of crushed ice.
  2. Secure the lid on your shaker and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds.
  3. Remove the lid and add a few drops of gel food coloring; secure the lid again and shake once more to create a vibrant, rainbow effect.
  4. In a small saucepan, warm 1/2 cup of milk with 1/4 cup of heavy cream over low heat. Add a generous handful of Fruit Loops and allow to steep for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Strain the mixture to rid it of the cereal. Use a hand mixer or frother to whip the cereal milk until it becomes fluffy and light.
  6. Pour the colorful cocktail into your favorite glass and carefully spoon the cereal milk foam on top.
  7. Add a sprinkle of Fruit Loops cereal on top for an extra fun touch.

Notes

For a lighter version, swap heavy cream for low-fat coconut milk. To make a non-alcoholic drink, use coconut water instead of rum.
