  • 3/4 cup water Helps create the right batter consistency.
  • 1 cup flour Adds structure to the batter.

Preparation
  1. Heat the oil in a deep fryer or a large pot to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Take a square of milk chocolate and place it on top of a marshmallow, pressing gently.
  3. Roll the marshmallow and chocolate in graham cracker crumbs until fully coated. Repeat with all marshmallows.
Batter Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine pancake mix, flour, and water. Mix until a thick batter forms.
Cooking
  1. Dip each graham cracker-coated marshmallow into the batter, ensuring it is fully coated.
  2. Gently place the battered marshmallows into the hot oil and fry for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Remove the bombs and let them drain on paper towels, dusting with powdered sugar if desired.
  4. Serve warm and enjoy the gooey interior!

Notes

For a twist, try different chocolate fills or add sauces. They can also be baked for a healthier option.
