- Take a square of milk chocolate and place it on top of a marshmallow, pressing gently.
- Roll the marshmallow and chocolate in graham cracker crumbs until fully coated. Repeat with all marshmallows.
Batter Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, combine pancake mix, flour, and water. Mix until a thick batter forms.
Cooking
- Dip each graham cracker-coated marshmallow into the batter, ensuring it is fully coated.
- Gently place the battered marshmallows into the hot oil and fry for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove the bombs and let them drain on paper towels, dusting with powdered sugar if desired.
- Serve warm and enjoy the gooey interior!
Notes
For a twist, try different chocolate fills or add sauces. They can also be baked for a healthier option.
