Preparation

  2. Slice the cucumber into thick rounds.
  3. Cube the feta cheese into bite-sized pieces.
Assembly
  1. Thread a cherry tomato onto the skewer, followed by a slice of cucumber, a Kalamata olive, a cube of feta cheese, and a basil or mint leaf.
  2. Repeat this pattern until all ingredients are used.
Dressing

Notes
