Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic until the beef is browned and the onion is translucent.
  3. Drain any excess fat.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, milk, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix until smooth.
  5. Stir in the cooked beef mixture and frozen hash browns until well combined.
  6. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish and pour the mixture into it, spreading evenly.
  7. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Baking
  1. Bake for 45-50 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  2. Let cool slightly before serving.
  3. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

Ensure that the ground beef is fully browned and excess fat is drained. Use frozen hash browns straight from the freezer and don't skimp on cheese for the best results.
