Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well until fully integrated.
  2. Spread a layer of the marinara sauce onto the bottom of your crockpot.
  3. Layer half of the frozen ravioli evenly over the sauce, then dollop half of the ricotta cheese on top. Sprinkle half of the shredded mozzarella cheese and drizzle a third of the remaining marinara sauce over the layers.
  4. Repeat the layering process with the remaining ingredients: another layer of ravioli, ricotta cheese, mozzarella, and the rest of the marinara sauce.
  5. Finish by topping with the leftover mozzarella cheese.
Cooking
  1. Cover the crockpot and set it to cook on low for 4-6 hours until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the ravioli is tender.
  2. Garnish with fresh basil or parsley just before serving.

Notes

For a healthier twist, consider adding vegetables or using whole wheat ravioli. You can also freeze leftovers for up to 3 months.
