Prepare the Sauce
- Combine marinara sauce with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix well and set aside.
Layer Ingredients
- Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce at the bottom of your crockpot.
- Layer half of the frozen ravioli evenly over the sauce.
- Spoon half the ricotta cheese, and sprinkle about a third of the mozzarella cheese on top.
- Add another layer of marinara sauce.
Repeat Layers
- Add another layer of ravioli, followed by the remaining ricotta cheese.
- Add another layer of marinara sauce.
- Finish this layer with the remaining mozzarella cheese and a sprinkle of grated Parmesan.
Cook in the Crockpot
- Cover your crockpot with its lid and cook on low for 4-5 hours or on high for 2-3 hours.
Serve
- Let the lasagna cool for a few minutes to set before serving.
- Garnish with fresh basil or parsley if desired.
