Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) to ensure the garlic bread turns crispy on the outside but remains soft and cheesy inside.
  2. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil for easy clean-up and to prevent sticking.
  3. In a bowl, combine softened butter, minced garlic, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
  4. Slice the French bread in half lengthwise to coat the interior generously with the garlic butter mixture.
  5. Spread the garlic butter evenly over each half of the bread.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese generously over the buttered bread.
  7. Place the bread on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. For an extra golden top, switch to broil for an additional 1-2 minutes, keeping a close eye to prevent burning.
  9. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley, slice into pieces, and serve warm.

Notes
