Preparation

Baking
- Scoop about 1 tablespoon of dough for each cookie, roll into a ball, and place on prepared baking sheets, flattening slightly.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, until the edges are golden and the centers are set.
- Let cool on baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
