Method
 

Preparation
  1. Combine the cooled strong coffee with dulce de leche and whisk until smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip together mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  3. Dip ladyfingers quickly into the coffee-dulce de leche mixture, ensuring not to soak them.
  4. Layer dipped ladyfingers in a dish and spread a layer of the mascarpone mixture on top. Repeat until ingredients are used up, finishing with mascarpone on top.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to let flavors meld.
  6. Dust the top with cocoa powder before serving.

Notes

For variations, consider adding a dash of cinnamon or using sweetened condensed milk if dulce de leche is unavailable. You can also serve this dessert in individual cups for an elegant presentation.
