Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to ensure your rolls cook evenly.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or use a silicone baking mat to prevent sticking.
  3. Crush the Doritos in a food processor until they are finely crushed, resembling breadcrumbs.
  4. Set up a dipping station with bowls for pizza sauce, crushed Doritos, and shredded mozzarella cheese.
Assembly
  1. Take a small spoonful of pizza sauce and mozzarella cheese. If using, add a few mini pepperoni slices.
  2. Roll the mixture into a compact ball.
  3. Dip each ball into the pizza sauce, then roll in the crushed Doritos to coat evenly.
  4. Place the coated rolls on the prepared baking sheet, brush with olive oil, and sprinkle with garlic powder and oregano.
Baking
