- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles. Place each triangle in a greased muffin tin.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth and creamy.
- In another bowl, mix the mashed raspberries with sugar and optional lemon zest.
Assembly and Baking
- Spoon about 1 tablespoon of cream cheese filling into the center of each crescent dough triangle, followed by a small spoonful of the raspberry mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden.
- Let the bites cool for a few minutes before serving. Optionally, garnish with fresh raspberries or a dusting of powdered sugar.
Notes
