Preparation
  1. Assemble each s'more by layering a piece of chocolate and a marshmallow between two squares of graham crackers.
  2. Whisk together the pancake mix and water in a medium bowl until smooth to create the batter.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C) for frying.
Frying
  1. Dip each assembled s'more into the pancake batter, ensuring it is fully coated.
  2. Gently place the coated s'mores into the hot oil and fry for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
  3. Transfer the fried s'mores to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
Serving
  1. Dust the warm Deep Fried S'mores with powdered sugar and serve immediately.

Notes

For added flavor, mix in vanilla extract or cinnamon to the batter. Experiment with different chocolate types, or add nuts or candy for extra crunch. Always monitor frying as the s'mores can brown quickly.
