- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and heavy cream. Heat in 30-second intervals until smooth.
- Stir in peanut butter and vanilla extract into the melted chocolate mixture until well combined.
- Carefully pour the mixture over the chilled crust and spread evenly with a spatula.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour or until the chocolate layer has set.
- Sprinkle chopped peanuts over the top and drizzle with melted chocolate.
- Slice into squares and serve chilled or at room temperature.
