Preparation
  1. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and powdered sugar. Stir until well combined.
  2. Press the crumb mixture firmly into the base of a greased 9x9-inch square pan. Compact it evenly and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes to set.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and heavy cream. Heat in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  4. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla extract into the melted chocolate mixture until well combined.
  5. Carefully pour the mixture over the chilled crust and spread evenly with a spatula.
  6. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until the chocolate layer has set.
  7. Sprinkle chopped peanuts over the top and drizzle with melted chocolate.
  8. Slice into squares and serve chilled or at room temperature.

Notes

For added flavor, toast peanuts lightly before chopping. Consider using dark chocolate for a richer flavor or doubling chocolate and peanut mixture for a thicker layer.
