Ingredients
  

For the lobster bites
  • 1 lb lobster meat Tender, sweet lobster meat.
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko) Panko breadcrumbs for extra crunch.
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour Provides a base for breading.
  • 2 large eggs, beaten Binds the ingredients together.
  • 1 tsp paprika Adds smoky flavor.

  • oil for frying vegetable or canola oil Neutral flavor for frying.
For the garlic butter sauce
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter Rich base for sauce.
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced Aromatic savoriness.
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice Adds brightness.
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped Optional, for garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Create a breading station with three shallow bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Dip each piece of lobster meat into the flour, then into the eggs, and finally into the breadcrumb mixture until well-coated.
Cooking
  1. Heat half an inch of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Carefully add the breaded lobster bites in batches, frying for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  3. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Making the Garlic Butter Sauce
  1. Melt the unsalted butter in a small saucepan over low heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in lemon juice and chopped parsley.
Serving
  1. Arrange crispy lobster bites on a serving platter and drizzle generously with garlic butter sauce.

Notes

Ensure the oil is hot enough for frying to avoid soggy bites. Consider baking the bites at 400°F for a healthier alternative.
