- In another bowl, whisk the eggs thoroughly.
- In a third bowl, blend together the shredded coconut and breadcrumbs.
- Dredge each chicken tender in the flour mixture, dip in the egg mixture, and coat in the coconut-breadcrumb mixture.
- Fry the coated chicken tenders in the hot oil for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
- Remove from skillet and let drain on paper towels before serving.
Notes
To ensure crispy tenders, make sure the oil is hot enough before frying. You can add spices like cayenne pepper or Italian seasoning for extra flavor. For meal prep, prepare ahead and fry just before serving.
