Preparation

- Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper.
- Dredge each chicken breast in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan cheese.
Cooking
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the coated chicken for approximately 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine. Bring to a gentle simmer for 3-5 minutes.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the top, cover the pan, and let melt for 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
