- In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, stuffing mix, chicken broth, dried cranberries, onion, celery, thyme, sage, salt, pepper, and the beaten egg.
- Shape the mixture into balls about 1.5 inches in diameter.
- Place the shaped balls on the prepared baking sheet.
- Drizzle a little olive oil over each ball.

- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the stuffing balls are golden brown and cooked through.
