Preparation

  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, stuffing mix, chicken broth, dried cranberries, onion, celery, thyme, sage, salt, pepper, and the beaten egg.
  3. Shape the mixture into balls about 1.5 inches in diameter.
  4. Place the shaped balls on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Drizzle a little olive oil over each ball.

  1. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the stuffing balls are golden brown and cooked through.
