Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded sharp cheddar cheese, and crumbled blue cheese. Mix until well-combined and smooth.
  2. Add the chopped dried cranberries, finely chopped pecans, and green onions. Then, add the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
  3. Shape the mixture into a ball or log. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Serving
  1. When ready to serve, roll the chilled cheese ball in additional chopped pecans for an even coating.
  2. Present the cheese ball with a platter of crackers or vegetable sticks.

Notes
